🎯 Responsibilities
- Contact prospects via phone calls, online meetings, or emails to present company products and service offering.
- Schedule and organize meetings with potential clients to introduce Mageplaza services.
- Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales targets.
- Work with Sales Executive and Technical Team to provide solutions to customers and close deals.
- Maintain communication with clients and stay apprised of industry trends.
- Suggest solutions to existing clients when there are needs.
- Maintain assigned sales channels, and assist in lead generation activities.
- Support other sales activities when needed.
✌ REQUIREMENTS
- Proficient in both verbal and written English because the target audience is international clients.
- Confident, ambitious, punctual, professional, and goal-driven.
- Have a good sense of customer psychology.
- Have excellent presentation skills.
- Ability to communicate, propose and persuade.
- Willing to travel and work in big event environments.
- Willing to learn, improve and adapt to new knowledge. Clear personal development is desired.
- Probation period: 2 months.
PREFERRED
- Experienced in working as a call center agent or outbound sales.
- Experienced in the Solution Consulting field.
- Experienced in the IT Solution Industry (Ecommerce system, CRM, ERP, Cloud solution, etc.)
- Knowledge of the Software Development process.
