🎯 Responsibilities

  • Contact prospects via phone calls, online meetings, or emails to present company products and service offering.
  • Schedule and organize meetings with potential clients to introduce Mageplaza services.
  • Continually meet or exceed daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales targets.
  • Work with Sales Executive and Technical Team to provide solutions to customers and close deals.
  • Maintain communication with clients and stay apprised of industry trends.
  • Suggest solutions to existing clients when there are needs.
  • Maintain assigned sales channels, and assist in lead generation activities.
  • Support other sales activities when needed.


  • Proficient in both verbal and written English because the target audience is international clients.
  • Confident, ambitious, punctual, professional, and goal-driven.
  • Have a good sense of customer psychology.
  • Have excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to communicate, propose and persuade.
  • Willing to travel and work in big event environments.
  • Willing to learn, improve and adapt to new knowledge. Clear personal development is desired.
  • Probation period: 2 months.


  • Experienced in working as a call center agent or outbound sales.
  • Experienced in the Solution Consulting field.
  • Experienced in the IT Solution Industry (Ecommerce system, CRM, ERP, Cloud solution, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the Software Development process.
